A vendégházunkat magánszállás keretein belül működtetjük, 3 csillagos besorolásban.

1. Upon arrival, guests are required to hand over to the host their personal documents (passport or ID card, address card) and the amount to be paid on the spot.
   Guests can only book the rooms after paying the full participation fee!
2. The full participation fee is for the days booked in advance, in case you decide to interrupt your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund the money.
3. Accommodation can be booked between 14:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please inform us by phone! If you fail to do so, we may not be able to accommodate you. Guests will be given a room and gate key on arrival so that they can move around freely. In the event of loss of the keys, guests are obliged to report this immediately and reimburse the landlord for the cost of the keys and the replacement of the lock.
4. Guests must leave the property by 10:00 on the day of departure, otherwise a surcharge will be applied. The key must be handed in upon final check-out. Please inform the accommodation provider in advance.
5. Our guest house is a family-run business, and our working hours are varied, mostly according to the arrival times of our guests.
6. Visitors are only allowed during the day with the permission of the owner.
7. Please refrain from any noisy activities in order to respect the silence ordinance and other guests. We also kindly ask you to be quiet when returning home at night or at dawn!
8. Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and apartments, only in the courtyard (also applies to electric cigarettes!) Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
9. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
10. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the rooms!
11. Guests are responsible for their own behaviour in and around the house and are liable for any accidents.
12. Please keep the house tidy, take care of the equipment and do not take it out of the room (e.g. towels, pillows, blankets).
13. When leaving the room, please turn off the water, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the door!
14. It is forbidden to bring any flammable material or equipment into the rooms!
15. Damage caused on the premises of the accommodation shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative.
16. We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests under the influence of alcohol or with aggressive tendencies!
17. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not respect the rules of the house and disturbs the peace.
18. In case of breach of the rules, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case the guest will not be refunded for any remaining days.
19. By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the house rules.
20. The owner of the private accommodation will at all times ensure the comfort and relaxation of his guests. He is at your disposal for any problems, information, services, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact him!
